Story from St. Martin Elementary School in London, Ontario
has been involved in raising money for both goats and nets for well over a year. We have raised thousands of dollars to purchase goats so that families can become self sufficient and nets to help prevent disease.
At this point in time we are having special "fun" days at school (Crazy hat day, P.J. day) and bakesales etc. to raise money. Many families are also buying nets. We have a bullentin board in the main hall reporting on our campaign. This project has been very successful, our final total is not known because we just keep raising more and more money ! :)
